For Events and Weddings

PLATINUM**
Full coordination and planning services. After first initial meeting to discuss your vision and budget. A Vision Meeting will be scheduled where we will have prepared some visions based off what we have discussed and a detailed budget including our service fees. After viewing what we’ve proposed, we will begin planning your perfect event!

DIAMOND*
Partial planning and coordinating services. You already have your vision and started planning but need a little help. With this package, we will help tie up loose ends and assist with finishing the planning process.

GOLD
Event management services. This package starts two months prior to the event to review vision and timeline. Also included is Day-of coordination, vendor management, rehearsal coordination, and two team members the day of your event. Additional team members optional.

SILVER
Event Setup services. We meet two months prior to your event to discuss your vision and details. A 2-3 member team will setup for your the day of your event. Possible additional members and hours optional. Restrictions do apply.

Always Whimsical is located in Canton, Ohio.  We provide event planning and coordinating to the Northeast Ohio area. If you have a venue already in mind or booked, reached out to us to see if it is in our area!

Yes! Our “Day-of Coordination” Package is our Gold Package! The package will actually start TWO MONTHS prior to your event date!

Yes! Our “Setup Only” package is our Silver Package! This package is best for events that you only have one day for your event to setup and have your event!

Let’s chat! We can get together and make sure we have the package that best suits your needs! Once we have the best fit for you, everything can be completed online through our client portal! If you cannot meet up with us, we also do phone consultations!

Yes! We just started offering rentals for your event needs! Our inventory is always expanding! Follow us on Facebook & Instagram to see when we have added to our inventory! You can find what is available on our rental page!

Yes! We have liability insurance that covers us at your venue!
